kicking it with heads like these opin opin is only gonna attract attention but the beauty of the whole thing is he knows not to back down and how to utilize free pub. like the great sun tzu said ' the battle is won before either side takes the field.' now i just have to figure out where i fit in.

out in the streets - they call it murder......
opin remember when 'buy american' was a determining factor in purchasing? i guess they can't really use that slogan anymore, or maybe they can sometimes i give people too much credit. but hey when your product doesn't even sell in your own backyard what else are they supposed to do? i guess people who claimed outsourcing was dead didn't get the email yet?
here's pics of jr. gong doing his thug thizzle in the 619 last sunday (11.13) great show - even with out any guests it was one of the best shows either myself or the sirkular one had seen in a while.

at least sony had the class to get some serious black hat semi-7337-ish. its akin to any other finely crafted tool so you cant hate on it, and it is a lot better then the last time they tried to play the role opin
the only thing this proves is that large corporations are shook right now. good and bad techs are already on the road to adoption. hackers already get corporate funding. scared to death aint scared to look

the OIN is a great idea. proof positive that linux is on the slow burn, not only for the creation of a protection but to have such huge amounts of corporate backing. (typical to monolithic corporate nature 5 years behind the curve) yeah i know its all anti-M$ but big blue and sony, thats MAJOR. im sure that sony is happy to be a part of this based on the negative pub they are receiving over the second link. but as i've stated before because most good hackers are kids does not make this a kids game. now sony has to deal with the backlash of building up a network of rooted machines. and you know the brain surgeon they put in charge of writing the kit was your typical corporate drone, overworked, underpaid and not appreciated. chances are either he didnt understand what he wrote and left it exposed or better he was angry at his employer and pushed dev info out to the underground - in which case this is a root kit coming soon to a computer near you.
also if you are freaked out by the 2nd link heres something to assuage your worries opin

and those that rushes my clutches get put on crutches....

im not sure what to think about this.
part of me is happy that someone is trying to explain to stubborn scared rich old white men that you can be green and make green and make others green with envy, all while keeping it in the black.
part of me is apalled at the idea of someone riding in a boat to stop whalers one day and poppin bottles with the ceo's of the companies that fund same whalers the next day. i dont know if i could deal with that blatant a hipocracy, but i've never been featured in forbes either.
part of me is applying to business schools and can understand on a commerce level the inevitablity of this; corporations cant be invisible forever. economic sustainability and corporate conscience are buzz words now but like master p says 'if it dont make dolla's - it don't make sense...' hopefully someone finds a balance.

instead of making the telco's or isp's liable, lets sue the customer!!! they dont have lobbyists so they must be at fault?
the best part of this article is that it makes no mention of whether or not the firewall actually has to be 1. on and 2. configured. so long as it says firewall on the box i plug in im a lawfully abiding citizen. maybe that proxy/keylogger i put on my network has malicious intent but as long as i call it firewall im all to the good right?
I like the quote from the brain surgeon about how this is just a draft. because as every voting american knows the elected representatives have nothing but the constituancy's best interests in mind. i wonder if im being too sarcastic?
what am i talking about, this is america, anyone with the affluence and ability to own an internet connection is surely smart enough to know how to secure it right? and if not they can be counted on to ask someone right?

there's a war going on outside no man is safe from, you can run but you can't hide forever.....
a popular past time for tech corporations lately is stockpiling patents. it makes sense if you invest resources into a new technology you should be able to file a protection that allows you to claim rites to your work. when someone files a patent for various embodiments of a semiconductor-on-insulator substrate incorporating a Peltier effect heat transfer device and methods of fabricating the same; that sounds kinda cool opin. Filing a patent for double clicking is not opin.
see the difference? one is a protection for work invested, one is someone trying to get over. numerous other blogs on the net expound and extrapolate on the issue. even now interesting things are afoot opin
so where am i going with all this? opin whats it all matter in the end? All your base are belong to us!
