you kinda knew it was gonna happen. the dude was in charge of all the illegal wiretaps that the nyt exposed before. all g-dub has done now is made him alpha spook. not surprising.

child pr0n wasnt enough of a hot topic to get clearence so now they use the term terrorism. its almost like they are just guessing at this point. when terrorism gets old maybe they will start saying its enviromentally friendly to retain data logs?

walking around 24/7 with a gun isnt realistic, (BLAOH!!! nobody now...) PGP, tor and encryption are. its a little work but pretty soon its going to be a requirement.

heres the formula now lets go!!!!

remember what your parents told you about being a tattletale? turns out it applies even today. in case you are curious, vulnerablities need to be shared, if your banking website can be h4x0r3d by anyone using opera browser and a special plug-in wouldnt that be good information for you as a customer and user of that site to be informed of? not today jr. EULA's (that thing you accept when you first use a piece of software) say its not their (the software publisher/site host) fault if it gets hacked and you lose money, and its definately not in their best interest for someone to point out that their site is very easy to hack into. i guess ignorance is bliss after all

a lot of computer people i know (hardware and software) like to draw similarities between themselves and those in the medical profession because of the involved and perpetual need for education, the long hours, and the thankless attitude the general populance has toward both professions. but doctors tend to get egotistical in their glass towers built on 10 years of formal education, more power to them i say, i been studying what i do for at least 10 years (if not longer) only i got to do it on my own time and didnt have to take out loans equivalent to a small house to get it. but i guess now maybe things are starting to shift. im not saying that a ccie is on the same level as a phd but its always nice when a doctor has to come ask me for help cause he keeps getting blue screens and cant get his mp3's onto his ipod.

i was kinda sarcastic about the whole no working thing but seeing stuff like this its hard to not appreciate the magnitude of contributions made by one race. its a shame people want to ignore the fact that this nation is all immigrants. i wont get on the soap box but i will say im not very pleased i had to drive to 4 places today to find a decent burrito.
